30 Days of Lists

Last week I decided to try a new list challenge called 30 Days of Lists. I’m not quite sure how I went from not participating in #listersgottalist for the first 3 weeks, to playing catch-up, to possibly participating in two list challenges for September. I think I just want more excuses to make journals…and work in them of course!

If you popped over here to see what I did with the 30 Days of Lists March 2011 list prompt, this is what I came up with. I chose Day 25 “What I would rather be doing”. In case it isn’t glaringly obvious, I love color, mid-century, and journals! Some day I will stop buying paper goodies, and use up what I have, but that day hasn’t arrived yet!

This is a book I have had for years, from my my altered book stage that didn’t quite pan out. All I had to do is re-paper the inside covers and Bob’s your Uncle!

A pocket full of goodies of course! I went through a library pocket making binge recently, a great way to use up paper scraps. These should be a fun addition.

After watching rukrisitin’s periscope “scope” I decided that I wanted lots of different sized pages in this journal to mix things up a bit.

My original intention was to keep it neutral, but that obviously fell to the wayside!

A large journal card, too awesome to finally find something to use these for!

Well, I guess that’s about it for this project. I’ll be popping updates in here and there next month, along with all the other paper makings.

Till then, thanks for the visit,

Have a gorgeous day,

~Patty
